It is a 24’ tiny house on wheels with 260 square feet of living space. Simply elegant, it features a modern rustic interior with contrasting colors and materials. A kitchen fit for any chef, it also boasts a combination washer/dryer, full sized bathroom and king sized sleeping loft accessed by the staircase built as storage.
The Blue Aster
Featured on HGTV’s House Hunters and built for a single mom with a teenage son, The Blue Aster is a 24’ tiny home on wheels with around 300 square feet of living space. It has dual lofts, a full kitchen, bathroom and living space that converts to create a 3rd sleeping space. More modern on the interior, we finished the space with white tongue and groove walls, dark trim and an amazing Beetle Kill Pine ceiling.
The Big Bluestem
Built for a young professional couple, The Big Bluestem was designed for the future family. It is a 28’ tiny house on wheels with around 330 square feet of living space. This house includes dual lofts, a full kitchen, bathroom, living space and a DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM our customers plan to use as a nursery once they start their family. A bit more rustic in nature, the interior features tongue and groove walls and ceiling, with reclaimed barn wood and beetle kill pine accents.
The Larkspur, by Switchgrass Tiny Homes, was designed as the classic Mother In Law suite. Built for a couple retiring to off grid land in Colorado, this house was built for her mother who was moving with them. Complete with a downstairs bedroom, this house also offers a large bathroom, full kitchen and living space, along with a secondary sleeping loft for when the grandkids come to visit. Interior finishes are similar to our famous Bluestem model, and boasts ample storage with custom cabinetry and a platform bed.
